Our subscription requires a 12-month minimum commitment at a rate of $99 per month then $75 After 6 months. After the initial 12 months, you can continue on a month-to-month basis for just $75 per month. It’s our way of rewarding your continued support!
After your initial 12-month contract, you can continue month-to-month at $75/month and cancel anytime. However, if you cancel and later decide to come back, you’ll need to start over with a new 12-month contract at the standard rate of $99/month. This allows us to fully rebuild and relaunch your website with the same high-quality service.
If you choose to cancel before completing the initial 12-month commitment, you’ll be responsible for the full cost of the website—which is $2,800, minus any payments you've already made. We prioritize building long-term relationships with our clients and seek to work with those who share that same commitment.
Invoices have a 7-day grace period. After that, a $25 late fee is applied. If multiple invoices remain unpaid, we may cancel the contract and the client will owe the full price of the website ($2,800), minus payments already made. We are flexible and understanding, but without communication, we must take steps to protect our business.
For subscriptions, we accept debit and credit card payments. For lump-sum payments, we accept bank transfers or E-Transfers. We do not accept checks or money orders.
The $100 fee for an additional page is a one-time charge.
When you sign a contract (lump sum or subscription), if we’re unable to design something you’re 100% happy with and you decide not to proceed, we will refund whatever you’ve paid to get started. Once we begin building the site, there are no refunds. Any refunds after that point are at our discretion.
Yes, subscriptions are ongoing after the 12-month minimum. We typically earn what we would from a lump sum site over a 2-3 year period, so we aim for clients to stay at least 5 years to make the arrangement financially sustainable. By then, your website will likely be providing more than $99/month in value, making it essentially self-sustaining. We hope clients continue to see the value in our work and choose to keep the subscription active.
No, there is no buyout option after the minimum subscription period. Our subscription model works best when clients stay for 5+ years to ensure financial sustainability. We rely on consistent monthly income to focus on client support and providing high-quality service. Allowing buyouts would disrupt this and reduce the value we can offer.
Yes! You can add unlimited edits and support for just $50/month, with a 12-month minimum commitment. This add-on is not month-to-month—if you cancel, you’ll need to sign another 12-month commitment to reinstate it.
The main difference is long-term vs. short-term costs. With a subscription, you’ll pay smaller, more manageable monthly payments but pay more over time. The lump sum allows you to pay everything upfront, saving you money in the long run since you’ve already paid for design and development. Choosing between the two depends on your cash flow and whether you prefer smaller payments or saving money over time.
SEO includes two parts: on-page (content, load times, accessibility, etc.) and off-page (link building, guest posting, citations). Our packages include basic on-page SEO, such as fast load times, meta tags, Google Search Console setup, and some content creation. However, full SEO is an ongoing process. We offer in-house SEO services for more advanced strategies, including off-page SEO and long-term optimization. If you're interested in professional SEO services, let us know, and we’ll provide more details on our plans and pricing.
No, we do not. E-commerce sites require significantly more setup and maintenance than regular business sites, and due to their higher costs, we cannot offer them under the $99/month subscription plan.
Yes, you always own your domain. We believe in transparency and never hold your domain hostage!
Our in-house SEO rates depend on the scope of the project. The base SEO package starts at $300/month, with costs increasing based on the level of strategy and work required.
Yes, SEO absolutely works! While it may sound biased, good SEO is essential—especially in competitive markets. To rank on the first page, you'll need strong strategies, including quality content, backlinks, and keyword targeting. SEO is a long-term investment, and it typically takes 6-12 months to see noticeable results. It's not an instant fix, but over time, it pays off.
No, it’s not realistic. Unless your site is featured in major publications like the New York Times, you won’t hit the top in a month. Claims of ranking #1 in under 3 months are typically from spammers. SEO takes time—especially with competition—and while we can do everything right, Google controls the ranking speed. Smaller markets may rank faster, but success varies. We have case studies of clients who are succeeding and can share how long it took them to rank high.

Yes! Our in-house SEO expert will conduct a thorough audit using advanced tools to identify any issues and areas for improvement on your website. Some fixes may be simple, while others could be more extensive. An SEO audit is the first step in any campaign, as even the best content or backlinks won’t help if the site has fundamental flaws in development or code. We address these issues from the start to ensure your site runs flawlessly and supports SEO efforts.
SEO is a long-term strategy and investment. Typically, you’ll start seeing the benefits of our campaigns in 6-12 months, though some results may appear sooner. It won’t be an overnight success. Building authority with Google takes time, especially when competing with websites that have been online for 10+ years. We need to earn Google’s trust gradually, allowing us to surpass established competitors over time.
Typically, we complete a website within 2-4 weeks, depending on how quickly clients provide content and images, as well as the availability of our designers and developers. While it can take as little as 2 weeks, it’s usually around 3 weeks.
No, you don’t keep the site, as that would make the subscription model unsustainable. However, you keep your domain and any other assets associated with your site.
Yes, you own your domain. Even if we purchase it for you, we’ll transfer it to you if you cancel your subscription. We don’t take hostages!
No, everything we create is built with custom, hand-written code. We don’t use page builders. This is what sets us apart—our dedication to doing things differently, which is reflected in the quality of our work and our clients’ online presence after launch.
Custom code offers superior security, faster load times, and easier customization. Unlike WordPress, there’s no bloat from unnecessary plugins, and no constant updates needed to avoid security risks. Our custom sites are more secure, as they don’t rely on databases—there’s nothing for hackers to target. This results in a more reliable and maintainable website that’s cost-effective in the long run.
You can send an email to dev@codelab.design, and your request will go into our ticketing system. Our team will review and fulfill the edits, then mark them as solved.
We recommend dental check-ups and cleanings every six months for most patients. However, some individuals may need more frequent visits based on their oral health needs.
Fluoride treatments help strengthen tooth enamel and prevent decay. While especially important for children, adults can also benefit, particularly those at higher risk for cavities.
While commonly used for children, adults can also benefit from dental sealants, especially those prone to cavities or with deep grooves in their teeth.
To maintain optimal oral health, follow these essential practices: Brush your teeth twice daily for two minutes using fluoride toothpaste and a soft-bristled brush. Floss once a day to clean between teeth where brushing can't reach. Consider using an antimicrobial mouthwash after brushing and flossing. Maintain a healthy diet low in sugary and acidic foods, and drink plenty of water to rinse away food particles. Visit your dentist regularly for checkups and cleanings, replace your toothbrush every few months, and avoid smoking. These habits will help prevent cavities, gum disease, and other oral health issues while promoting overall well-being.
Early signs of gum disease include red, swollen, or bleeding gums. Prevention includes regular brushing, flossing, and professional cleanings.
